At Pet Solutions (a 501c3 charity), our mission is simple yet profound: to rescue and provide a safe haven for cats in need, and to connect them with loving forever homes. We are a registered 501c non-profit cat rescue organization dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of our dog and feline friends. We strive to create a world where no animals left behind.
Our Team: A Passion for Paws
Behind every successful rescue story is a team of dedicated individuals who share a deep passion for pets. We are compassionate and caring individuals who work tirelessly to ensure that every animal under our watch receives the love, attention, and medical care they need. From the moment a pet enters our rescue, we treat them as a cherished member of our family, providing them with a safe and comfortable environment while they await their forever homes.
Leading the rescue is Janelle Ford, a determined leader with a heart of gold – constantly helping others and animals in need. She has helped many many animals that have nowhere to turn including horse, donkey, cats and dogs. Janelle works tirelessly to provide the animals at her rescue with adequate food, shelter, water, supplies, toys, love and medical care.
Rescue, Rehabilitation, and Rehoming
At Pet Solutions, we believe that every pet deserves a second chance. We specialize in rescuing cats from various situations, including strays, abandoned cats, and those at risk of euthanasia in overcrowded shelters. Once rescued, each cat undergoes a comprehensive veterinary examination, including vaccinations, spaying or neutering, and any necessary medical treatments. We accept dogs in situations of distress and provide them necessary care as well. We then provide personalized care and rehabilitation as needed to help them regain their physical and emotional well-being.
Finding Forever Homes
Finding the perfect match between a pet and their forever home is a priority for us. We take the time to understand the unique personalities, preferences, and needs of each animal, ensuring that their new family is the perfect fit. Through our adoption program, we strive to create lifelong connections that bring joy and happiness to both the cats and their new human companions. It begins with the adoption application and / or interview to ensure prospective adopters have the capacity and means to properly care for pets first. We also provide ongoing support and guidance to adopters as needed to ensure a smooth transition and successful integration into their new home.
